Dear Ms Nolan,

Since writing to you last Thursday, I have received the e-mail reproduced below from Mr Paul Lenehan (Madden & Finucane Solicitors).

It now appears to me that the law-firm Madden & Finucane are unable (or unwilling perhaps) to help me in any way.

In case that by some chance you did not receive the e-mail I sent to you last Thursday, I have since placed a copy of it at the following address:
http://www.constitutionofireland.com/NorthernIrelandHumanRightsCommission20October2005/Email.htm

As I trust you will understand, please note that the contents of the e-mail reproduced below from Madden & Finucane add greatly to the growing trauma and dismay I feel regarding my overall legal situation.

Yesterday, during a meeting I had with both of them in Omagh, County Tyrone, I provided Mr Gerard Madden (Senior Social Worker) and my GP (Dr Michael McCavert) with printed copies of the e-mail below from Mr Lenehan.

Though Mr Madden and Dr McCavert have very kindly offered to keep on trying to help me, and I have very gladly accepted their offers of further help, I personally fail to see how I can ever get justice without the additional services of a suitably experienced lawyer who is willing to act on my behalf and in my best interests.

Consequently, and with reference to your suggestion of October 19th 2005 (reproduced at the above Internet page address), that I get back in contact with you in the event of I still experiencing difficulties, I would be very grateful if you can now please see if there is any way you can assist me.

Basically, I am at present in very urgent need of legal help regarding the following two matters:

1) I need the help of a suitably experienced lawyer to help me fill in the European Court of Human Rights Application form;

and,

2) I need professional legal help from a suitably experienced lawyer to defend myself against an attempt that is being sustained, for well over three years now please note, by senior public servants in the Republic of Ireland who are trying to corruptly criminalise me by unlawful means which are in breach of Article 6 ("Right to a fair trial") of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms.

As a direct result of item number 2 above, please also note that I have been living in forced exile in Northern Ireland since December 7th 2004; that my financial reserves are running out; and that there is an extant warrant for my arrest in the Republic of Ireland (where my home is located).

For reference purposes, you may find it useful to know that a copy of my e-mail to the Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission dated September 10th 2005 has been placed at the following address:
http://www.constitutionofireland.com/NorthernIrelandHumanRightsCommission10September2005/Email.htm

Also, and for additional reference purposes, I have placed a copy of my letter dated August 19th 2005 (and the associated Post Office registered letter receipt) to the Council of Europe dated August 19th 2005 at:
http://www.constitutionofireland.com/CouncilOfEupope19August2005/Email.htm

Leaving aside Mr Madden, I also ask you to please note that in spite of the fact the e-mail version of the August 19th 2005 letter at the above address was copied to several public servants and lawyers who I believe could have helped me regarding the list of difficulties I set out under 1 to 4, it appears to me that (from my viewpoint) no useful progress of any kind at all has been made by any of those concerned.  Instead, for all practical purposes they seem to me to be just completely ignoring everything connected with the very serious matters in question (at my ongoing expense).

I look forward to hearing from your office again at your earliest convenience please.

Yours sincerely,

William Finnerty

Dear Sir,

I refer to your case and in particular to the prospect of gaining Legal Aid for funding same. Unfortunatley legal Aid is not available for cases of this nature.  I am therefore unable to take on your case.  I would like to wish you success in your case in the future.

Yours faithfully

Paul Lenehan
